Forkr Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you and Forkr governing Forkr. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must permit your use.

What Forkr is

Forkr is an independent in-store grocery guide for the supported locations listed in the app. It provides catalog search, source-backed rankings, recipes, label analysis, favorites, and store-specific shopping carts. Forkr is not a grocery marketplace and does not provide checkout, payment processing, ordering, delivery, fulfillment, or guaranteed inventory.

Independent service

Forkr is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Gus’s Community Market or Draeger’s Market. Retailer names and addresses identify the store a user plans to visit. You transact directly with a retailer at the store, outside Forkr.

Catalog, availability, and prices

Catalogs are broad snapshots assembled from licensed, public-domain, permitted, or reviewed sources. Product-to-store associations may be inferred and do not establish current stock. Prices may be missing or stale and always remain estimates even when an observation date is shown. Store shelf labels and retailer staff control. Forkr totals exclude items without prices.

Nutrition, allergies, and AI

Forkr provides informational guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ingredient and allergen data may be missing, incomplete, or changed by a manufacturer. “Unknown” does not mean safe. Verify current packaging and consult a qualified professional for medical or allergy needs. AI can make mistakes and may become unavailable when quotas or cost limits are reached; deterministic features remain available.

Accounts

Sign in with Apple is required. You are responsible for protecting access to your Apple account and device. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, source controls, rate limits, or security measures. You may export or delete your account in the app.

Acceptable use

• Use Forkr only for lawful, personal grocery planning.
• Do not scrape, bulk extract, resell, or republish catalog data or images.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack the right to process.
• Do not interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sources, stores, features, quotas, and availability may change. We may suspend access needed to protect users, sources, the service, or comply with law. We may update these terms and will update the effective date or provide additional notice when required.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forkr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate catalog, price, availability, nutrition, allergen, recipe, or AI information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Because Forkr is free, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to $100 where permitted by law.
